This neighborhood will invite people in with front porches, simple craftsman styles blending the old world with modern material and style.   At this point most of the homes will be in the 1800-24o0 sq ft range with option on several lots for walk out basements.  The lot sizes are ample but still manageable without having to work every weekend on the “yard”   You will find the people that already live there, know each other, walk daily and enjoy there decision to move into Willow Creek
